My partner and I truly enjoyed our romantic escape. The environment and surroundings were breathtaking and created a peaceful ambiance. We loved the comfortable and modernized room, including the large shower. The breakfast was terrific with a delicious selection of different types of bread and fresh fruit. Tasty coffee and tea were also available. The best aspect was the outstanding restaurant. The food was amazing, and we enjoyed the variety of beers on offer.

The windows were not soundproof, and this caused some disruption during our stay. As we were located on a busy street, we were woken up early in the morning from outside noise.

It was slightly noisy when the snow plough move passed the hotel early in the morning. But otherwise okay.

The service was good in that hotel. We enjoyed the location, which was great. It is not far from the airport. We would recommend this venue for every one coming to Fiesch.

Pleasant if simple brasserie restaurant. Comfortable twin beds with duvets. Parking alongside. Convenient -- 5 minutes walk -- to the cable car up the Eggishorn.

We arrived at 5 pm with a booking for two nights but had to cancel the second night immediately on receiving news of a friend's death. Although the cancellation was 24 hours in advance and the hotel did not appear full, we were charged a small (18 CHF) "commission." Although small, I did feel that this was somewhat unreasonable in the circumstances.

Spent Christmas at this hotel with my family and we had a great time! the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel so welcome. the food was simply amazing! the location was convenient for exploring the city, with several shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Sadly, the bathroom was pretty small, not as spacious as we would have liked. the price was a bit steep for the amenities and service compared to other hotels in the area.

This hotel is ideally located, being just minutes away from the train station, the city centre, and the cable car. the room is spacious, clean and contemporary. the breakfast is top-notch, with a wide variety of options available. the staff are very efficient and attentive to guests' needs. All in all, a great place to stay for anyone seeking comfort and convenience.
